Abstract: Entrepreneurship lies more in the ability to minimise the cost of the factors of production and to explore them to maximum advantage. Therefore, entrepreneurs tend to be more creative and innovative than the average person. The present study is an attempt to analyse the performance of T20 cricket teams worldwide under the leadership of men entrepreneurs and women entrepreneurs. The sample size of the study consisted of total 17 teams out of top five T20 cricket premier leagues worldwide. Further, independent sample T-test was applied to compare the performance of the teams. It was found that there is no significant difference in the mean scores of teams under the leadership of male entrepreneurs and female entrepreneurs. The performance of the male entrepreneurs' team is almost similar to the performance of female entrepreneurs' team.
