Abstract: The goal of this study is to create equation models of technology transfer from non-profit organisations to community product entrepreneurs, using 462 transferee sample questionnaires. According to the findings, the transfer environment had no direct influence on the transferee's learning capacity as a mediator, but it did have a direct influence on the efficacy of technology transfer. The characteristics of the transferor and transferee had a direct impact on the efficacy of technology transfer. Transferor characteristics had no direct influence on the efficacy of technology transfer, but did have an indirect influence on the efficacy of technology transfer using the transferee's learning capacity as a mediator. Furthermore, transferee characteristics had a direct impact on the efficacy of technology transfer. The study's recommendations serve as a guideline for executives in developing relevant policies and strategies for the development technology transfer systems. It will aid the transferee's preparation prior to the technology transfer. This will be useful in technology transfer.
