Abstract: Micro strip patch antennas play a vital role in trendy wireless communications. In this work, analysis of high potency multiband antenna fed with two-dimensional wave guide for wireless applications is performed. Two-dimensional wave guide fed antennas give inherent electrical resistance matching. For larger variations in frequency, this planned style uses pattern patch as diverging layer with co planar waveguide (CPW) feed. Performance of the planned style is investigated on range of pattern iterations with defected ground structure. The planned antenna is written on an awfully low value substrate material known as FR4 that has relative permittivity 4.4. HFSS simulation tool is employed so as to style the planned antenna.

Keywords: microstrip antenna; co planar waveguide; CPW; substrate; permittivity; fractal; diverging layer; electrical resistance.
