Abstract: In this paper it is proposed to discuss the results of a search for a methodology of measuring 'cultural code' within the post-ideological approach to harmonization of multicultural groups that is being developed. Also, it is proposed to discuss efforts to determine an ontological status of the 'post-ideology' phenomenon and link it with the notion 'cultural code', which allows to build a methodology of measuring this phenomena. The paper provides an analysis of 'ideology' and 'post-ideology' phenomenon. It shows how 'cultural code' is fixed in a language. Stages of development of a culture are divided into unique events called 'situations' and 'actions'. It shows the link between those notions and 'ideology' and 'cultural code' phenomena. The paper describes further experiment, which is proposed to be done within the research.

Keywords: cultural code; ideology; post-ideology; multicultural research teams; situation; action.
