Abstract: In this paper, a parameter robust computational method using an iterative procedure for a weakly coupled system of singularly perturbed convection-diffusion boundary value problem with discontinuous source terms subject to Dirichlet boundary conditions is presented on uniform mesh. A difference scheme based on cubic spline in tension with fitting factor is considered outside the point of discontinuity whereas the centred finite difference scheme with the average of the source terms is used at the point of discontinuity. Numerical results are provided to demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed method with parameter-uniform convergence and also confirm that the results obtained by this method are better than the existing methods.
