Abstract: Stakeholder prioritisation is one of the necessary stages of stakeholder management. Existing methods and models for conducting stakeholder prioritisation have limitations, especially those developed for prioritising specific stakeholders. The purpose of this paper is to propose a new methodological approach based on the fuzzy logic method for assessing the priority level of specific stakeholders in the model of stakeholder management. This approach is developed on the basis of an integral method for assessing the priority level of individual stakeholders through a system of indicators, taking into account the factors of subjectivity. Both methods have been applied for prioritising suppliers of a large Ukrainian metallurgical company. Fuzzy logic method has proven to be an effective technique for designing models of nonlinear dependencies for conducting stakeholder prioritisation. It can be used as a tool for reasonable selection of strategic stakeholders and building programs for interaction with them in the stakeholder management system.
Keywords: fuzzy logic; hierarchical fuzzy system; prioritisation; stakeholder; knowledge base; integral assessment.
