Abstract: The aim of this research is to identify the role of knowledge management practice in enhancing the innovation capability of an organisation. The study was conducted in a national public telecommunication company using 100 participants in Jakarta. Multiple regressions were used to analyse whether knowledge acquisition, knowledge sharing, and knowledge application can contribute to the organisation's innovativeness. The results showed that partially, only knowledge sharing and application had significant and positive relation to innovation capability. While simultaneously, knowledge management practices in the company could impact the innovation capability. The insights from the study were that knowledge management practices should be systematically implemented in the organisation. The sharing and application of important knowledge throughout the organisation would help increase the innovative thinking of the employees, hence indirectly affect the innovation capability of the organisation.
