Abstract: While Fibre-Reinforced Polymer (FRP) composites provide special advantages for applications in cold regions areas, there is a lack of a comprehensive knowledge base regarding their response in such environments. This paper lists critical aspects that need to be addressed and summarises research needs in this area.
