Abstract: This paper seeks to assess a possible integral reflection on potential causal links between the interfaces of risk management and sustainable supply chain management. In a broader sense, this concerns the viability of supply chains, where resilience, sustainability and performance remain unchanged at acceptable levels in the presence of potential disruptions. The theoretical review developed ten hypotheses using different frameworks that address the impact of risks associated with the functioning of supply chains, their vulnerability, resilience and sustainability on performance. Using a questionnaire administered to the main aeronautical companies in Morocco over the period from June 2017 to March 2018, the authors evaluate the possible links among five variables constituting the proposed research model.

Keywords: Morocco; performance; resilience; supply chain risk management; sustainable supply chain management; vulnerability.
