Title: Study on the new concept of green building under the sustainable environment and technology

Abstract: To further investigate the ability of China's construction of sustainable development and achieve the overall revitalisation of China's industrial base, the paper analyses the sustainable development of the construction industry from the perspective of efficiency, selected 2013-2018 years of relevant indicators related to China's construction industry input-output, packet-based DEA method, constructed with employees, fixed assets investment, environmental protection technology and equipment was put into indicators to completion of the area, construction industry output value, profits and taxes for the output index evaluation model. The results show that: the sustainable development of the construction industry is not valid efficiency of our individual years mostly because of inadequate investment in green technology innovation. To further validate the accuracy of analytical results, the factors affecting the development of the construction industry efficiency were analysed using Tobit regression model, with the results consistent with that of DEA. Description of China's construction industry to improve the ability of sustainable development, with government and businesses realise their full role in the dominant position are closely related.
