Abstract: Intelligent economy has broken the isolated island of information and an ecological chain structure has gradually formed between upstream and downstream. For logistics industry, ecological chain management is a strategic link. The design of ecological chain-oriented architecture has significant impact on the success of intelligent logistics operations. This study first analyses the structure and characteristics of the ecological chain of intelligent logistics, and puts forward the defects of two existing Chinese intelligent logistics enterprises' technical architectures. The key and difficult points of the ecological chain-oriented architecture design are proposed accordingly and then the design model based on internal and external links is proposed from a holistic perspective. Besides, differences in enterprise size bring different architectural requirements. A case analysis of T Logistics Company's technical architecture is studied to verify the application of the design model. The conclusions can provide reference for the relevant managers and practitioners.
