Abstract: The research on entrepreneurship education has steadily increased during the last two decades in management research. Many scholars have examined the various critical factors that have a significant impact on entrepreneurship education. The literature on entrepreneurship education has become an integral part of the scholars and practitioners working in this domain. Entrepreneurship education is considered as the most significant approach to facilitate business development. However, the scope of research in the current area is very comprehensive and fragmented. The primary purpose of this study is to identify research gaps and provide direction for future research in this field. The primary results of this study are: a) the most cited articles; b) most productive journals; c) the most productive authors; d) comprehensive summary of entrepreneurship education research; e) framework of entrepreneurship education research.
