Abstract: Ligament injury is a common disease in clinical orthopaedics, which can reduce joint flexibility. If not treated properly, it is easy to lead to instability of knee joint, injury of articular cartilage and meniscus, and even secondary osteoarthritis, which seriously affects the functional activities of knee joint and significantly reduces the quality of life of patients. At present, arthroscopic ligament reconstruction is often used in clinic. Ligament reconstruction is the first choice to improve the instability of the knee joint after ligament rupture. This technique can accurately restore the stability of the knee joint. It has the advantages of small surgical trauma, short operation duration and fast postoperative recovery. Effective rehabilitation training can further consolidate the effect of surgery and promote the recovery of knee function. Through clinical research, this study explores the application of nanoligament combined with sports rehabilitation training in the rehabilitation of patients with ligament injury, establishes the standards and norms of rehabilitation training after ligament reconstruction, recovers the patients' sports function to the maximum extent, so as to solve the prominent and forced problems in the rehabilitation of ligament injury, and provides a reference for the rehabilitation treatment.
