Abstract: Nurses are professional practitioners who are responsible for providing leadership to nursing services, co-ordinate services and attend people in community all the time. This study focuses on the nursing quality of working environment in private hospitals of Indore. This paper attempts to identify the relationship that exists among quality of work life (QWL), employee motivation and employee engagement of nurses working in private hospitals situated in Indore City. The results projected are based on technical analysis. The research design was descriptive and non-probability convenience sampling method was applied to select nurses from private hospitals of Indore City. The total number of respondents for this study was 200. To find out the relationship correlation coefficient has been calculated with significant at 0.01 and 0.05 levels. The study also analyses the moderating role of employee motivation between QWL and employee engagement.
