Abstract: Breast cancer stands out distinctively amongst the most widely recognised cancers that affect overall health and well-being in females and as a prominent cause for cancer-related causalities. The reason for conducting this study is to inspect the hindrances and manageability of a practice intercession program offered at one of the cancer research foundations in India to overweight ladies with recently diagnosed breast cancer. The breast cancer database was questioned for ladies recently diagnosed with breast cancer and with body mass index (BMI) ≥ 25 kg/m2. Qualified patients took part in the moving forever (MFL) practice program for 18 sessions. The mean BMI was 31 kg/m2. After the intercession, there was a reduction in weight and BMI (p = 0.04). The normal weight reduction was 10 lbs. The MFL mediation had a high rate of acknowledgement among overweight ladies recently found to have breast cancer.
