Abstract: Enterprise resource planning (ERP) is a business strategy for industry domain for the specific applications to build the customer and service provider value network system. The issue which faces by previous systems has lack of integration in the access of information and their records. It is has the problem in lack information, financial information systems and the integration processes. A common platform is essential for integrating all the information for all the terminals. The existing system provides the integrated platform for the stakeholders to access the data but the overall complexity increases because of the potential management and environmental factors. A distributed module in this proposed work combines all the management process and the key features which integrates the platforms and overcomes the limitations in the existing system. ERP system is used to determine the organisational needs and adaption requirements which combine all the key features which lag in previous system. It also used in analysis of various adoption behaviour of organisation. This research work implements the ERP in large and small scale SMEs and identifies the solution for the practical problems in real world.
