Title: Relevance of student productive skills competencies based on construction services needs

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the relevance of student productive skills competencies according to the needs of construction services. This study uses a quantitative research approach. Data was obtained through the performance test instrument for students as respondents with three work indicators in construction work, namely preparation of supporting materials, preparation of work sites, and implementation of work. Student respondents were taken randomly from three vocational high schools (VHS) in North Sulawesi, Indonesia. The results of the study found that 63.46% students had the relevance of productive skill competencies with the most suitable category. The contribution of this study is to show the data about the relevance level of achievement of the productive skills competency of VHS student.
