Abstract: In this paper, a supply chain system dynamics model based on employee training investment is constructed, simulating the dynamic impact of employee training investment on the supply chain. At the same time, the supply chain revenue sharing contract system dynamic model is established. The simulation is carried out by setting different contract parameters, in order to make a reasonable contract decision to improve the whole supply chain. The simulation results show that: There is a positive correlation between employee training investment and the profit of recycler, disassembly centre and remanufacturer in the supply chain and the profit of each member tends to be stable after initial fluctuations. The simulation of the revenue sharing contract model shows that: the reasonable contract decision can effectively coordinate the revenue distribution, promote the effective operation of the supply chain to increase the profit of the supply chain members and the whole supply chain.
