Abstract: This study has set itself the main specific objective to identify the obstacles and determinants of female entrepreneurship in Tunisia. Despite the obstacles encountered by women entrepreneurs (family, social, etc.), the ambition of women entrepreneurs in Tunisia is successful at the professional level while maintaining a certain flexibility to be able to fulfil their other responsibilities. So the main rules of women's success are self-fulfilment, a sense of risk and a willingness to be independent, and today women entrepreneurs are optimistic, confident in the future, comfortable with administrative formalities and the relationships.
