Title: Policy recommendation on outstanding loan administration of the people's bank program of public financial institution in Thailand

Abstract: The objectives of research aimed to investigate credit customer behaviours influencing on outstanding loan of the people's bank program of government savings bank and to apply results of the effects for policy recommendation on outstanding loan administration of public financial institution in Thailand. The samples of 283 overdue customers were collected through questionnaires and analysed by descriptive and inferential statistics including multiple regression analysis. The research results found that credit customer behaviour on the dimension of family economic management has statistically significant positive influenced on outstanding loan with standardised coefficients (β) of 0.582 at 0.05 significant levels. The policy recommendation on outstanding loan administration of public financial institution in Thailand has established based on credit customer behaviours and credit policy.
