Abstract: This paper presents an integrative method towards advancing the design and performance of RC aircraft. The research involved an elaborate design, the choice of materials, and numerical modelling that enabled optimisation, data visualisation, and analysis using Python and MATLAB. In the initial step of analysis, flying parameters were assessed through machine learning, using TensorFlow and Scikit-learn in Python. The paper is concerned with an exhaustive review of attempts in an interdisciplinary perspective, fusing engineering sciences, numerical analysis, material science, and programming skills. The results of this project contribute significantly to RC aviation evolution and establish a fertile groundwork upon which future research will integrate design, materials, and data-oriented insights. Moreover, this amalgamation of traditional and contemporary methods enhances our understanding of the forces acting on the RC aircraft and provides insights for performance optimisation and design-oriented decisions.
