From the perspective of social cognition, this study takes heritage conservation organisations as special operational entities and adopts structural equation modelling (SEM) to explore the influencing paths of environmental uncertainty, entrepreneurship and organisational learning on organisational performance. Based on 168 valid questionnaire samples, the model passes reliability and goodness-of-fit tests. The empirical results show that entrepreneurship exerts no direct effect on operational performance, but produces a significant positive indirect effect via organisational learning, with a total effect value of 0.571. Environmental uncertainty positively promotes both entrepreneurship and organisational learning, and its total indirect impact on organisational performance reaches 0.488. Two core influence chains are identified. Corresponding development strategies are proposed to solve operational dilemmas, providing practical references for the sustainable management and long-term inheritance of Yellow River cultural heritage.
