Abstract: The study provides a significant guide to the effect of service comfort on customer purchasing behaviour. For retailers, the study provides a valuable retail perspective on the importance of service advertising, as well as the impact of service comfort on customer purchasing behaviour. It is a primary data research. The data was conducted through a questionnaire. The data has been analysed by smart PLS and SPSS software. The convenience goods customers were selected using a random sampling method. Amman, and other cities in Jordan were used as examples by the member. The total numbers of sample were 480. The study found that trust in e-retailing has no effect on the goal of dependability. Customers' post-purchase behaviour in the e-commerce sector is the focus of this study. Integration of online and offline service delivery is crucial because customers value face-to-face interaction before making an online purchase, especially in nations where consumers are more accustomed to buying at home. The study gives readers a better knowledge of the factors that influence consumers' propensity to buy services and goods online in Jordan.
