Abstract: The research paper analysis the safety culture and measures to ensure information security in Slovenian companies. As part of the project 'Company's resilience to the pandemic (COVID-19) and the challenges of international business using the OSINT methods and corporate security', an online survey on the state and importance of safety culture and information security was conducted among employees of Slovenian companies. Results of the survey show that most employees and managers confirm that comprehensive and harmonised security policies are in place. Information security is managed mainly by IT departments with clear roles as regards data protection and compliance with standards and regulations. This type of research, especially in Slovenia, is sporadic and helps better understand the analysed content. The questionnaires are another essential part of the study and can be used in future research. The research focuses explicitly on company's resilience during pandemics and international business challenges arising from corporate safety.
