Title: Development of an offshore wind power plant and parametric exergoeconomic layout selection: a case study for Türkiye

Abstract: This study performs an integrated wake-exergy-cost optimisation for a conceptual 114 MW floating offshore wind farm in the Gulf of Sığacık, Türkiye. Using 12 turbines, regular and irregular layouts are evaluated via Jensen and Gaussian wake models coupled with exergoeconomic analysis. The results show that the layout maximising annual energy production is not exergoeconomically optimal when layout-dependent dynamic cable costs are considered. A parametric sweep analysis achieved a unit exergy cost of 626.50 USD/MWh, while a differential evolution algorithm-derived irregular layout further reduced it to 607.98 USD/MWh.
