Abstract: The COVID-19 pandemic exposed significant vulnerabilities in construction supply chains supporting mega infrastructure projects, resulting in material shortages, labour constraints, logistical disruptions, and project delays across many countries worldwide. This study investigates the major challenges faced by mega infrastructure projects in the post-pandemic environment and examines organisational practices that can support supply chain recovery and resilience. A systematic literature review approach was adopted, involving the analysis of 52 peer-reviewed articles related to supply chain disruptions and mitigation strategies. The findings propose a strategic framework incorporating short-term practices, including efficiency, flexibility, resilience, and agility, along with long-term practices such as sustainability, digitalisation, diversification, and workforce development. The framework provides guidance for reviving disrupted construction supply chains, improving organisational preparedness, and strengthening resilience against future disruptions. The study offers practical insights for project managers and policymakers to enhance supply chain adaptability, continuity, and sustainable growth in mega infrastructure projects.
