Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to explore the impact of green organisational climate on business sustainability. Adopting a quantitative approach, data from 302 blue-collar employees in businesses having an environmental policy and operating in different sectors located in Türkiye were analysed through structural equation modelling. The structural model explained a substantial proportion of the variance in business sustainability (R2 = 0.587). The results revealed that green bureaucratic and economic climates significantly and positively impact business sustainability; conversely, green social and digital climates showed no significant effect. Relative to the other predictors included in the model, green bureaucratic climate emerged as the dominant driver of business sustainability. Institutionalised green policies and economic factors emerge as more salient predictors of business sustainability than digital or social climate. This study advances the theoretical understanding of business sustainability and provides valuable managerial insights for aligning environmental initiatives with long-term organisational goals.
