Abstract: This study proposes a blockchain-based privacy and security protection method for efficient data sharing. To address challenges like high computational overhead, a hybrid consensus algorithm, PoDaS (combining proof-of-work and proof-of-stake), is introduced and further enhanced with a reputation mechanism. Experimental results show the system maintains high performance, with block generation times between 100-180ms and stable operation even with 40% malicious nodes. The method achieves consistent throughput of 20,000 transactions per second and millisecond-level latency, maintaining 150-200ms latency when block time is set to 25s. It also attains a 97.15% accuracy rate, outperforming existing improved proof-of-stake algorithms. These results demonstrate that the proposed approach ensures robust privacy and security while enhancing efficiency and user trust in blockchain-based systems.
