Abstract: This paper analysed the impact of last-mile logistics performances (LMLP) on the operations of the online food delivery (OFD) industry and also examined the influence of circular economy practices (CEP) across the economic, environmental, and social (Triple Bottom Line) dimensions on the achievement of customer's satisfaction (CUS). The research employs survey methodology to collect data from 389 clients of the OFD industry and analyse it using structural equation modelling (SEM). The finding affirmed that there are elements of predictability in the relationships between some of the identified endogenous variables and LMLP. Specifically, a statistically significant impact of consolidation of orders (COO), frequency of damage claims (FDC), mobile food ordering apps (MFOA), and the personality of the dispatch riders (PER) on LMLP was indicated. The results also brought to the fore the moderating influence of LMLP on the promotion of TBL dimensions and the attainment of CUS in the OFD industry.
