Abstract: To solve the problems of long decryption time, long index generation time, long search operation time, high data loss and high information entropy in current electronic medical record security sharing methods, a secure sharing method of electronic medical records based on blockchain and searchable encryption is proposed. The electronic medical record sharing architecture is built using blockchain technology. In this architecture, symmetric searchable encryption technology is introduced, and a parallel search mechanism is used to efficiently retrieve encrypted electronic medical record data while protecting data privacy, thus achieving secure sharing of electronic medical records. The experimental results show that the maximum decryption time of this method is 481 ms, the maximum index generation time is 493 ms, the maximum search operation time is 403 ms, the maximum amount of lost data is only 0.13 MB and the maximum information entropy is 0.98, which can provide strong support for the development of smart healthcare.
