Abstract: The Clouds have changed the way services are delivered to the company. Existing systems of Clouds do not support advanced mechanisms for the optimal trade applications across different Clouds. To improve resource management in the Cloud, we integrate the concept of auction Club, which regroups a set of clients who want to process their tasks in this environment. Each Club has a cash box, which they use to pay services offered by cloud computing. In this paper, we have planned the problem when a Club is in crisis and unable to cover its costs, so we have planned the event that the Club members can help each other by the borrowing fund.
