So, intellectual capital means mental information, knowledge, mental asset, and the experience which is applied for making value. The model of this study is tested on a sample of 30 experts in three oil companies in Iran which own about 90% of the market share in the oil industry. In this study, regarding to the different levels of sub-scale used for human resources, organisational asset, communicative asset, and sub-scale used for intellectual capital measuring indexes were ranked in oil industry by using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy TOPSIS. The results obtained from both methods indicate that Oil Pipeline and Telecommunication Company is more significant than National Gas Company and Oil Product Distribution Company in the oil industry.
