Abstract: CSIRO is undertaking several new initiatives in the Manufacturing sector including a Niche Manufacturing Flagship and a Theme based around nanoadditives for the fine chemical industry. These initiatives are designed to assist the Australian Manufacturing Sector to develop high value added niche products that can compete on local and international markets. The purpose of the ||Nanoadditives for the Fine Chemical Industry|| is to transform the Australian fine chemical industry by partnering with leading global and local companies, to identify, prioritise and provide new materials for niche markets for Australian fine chemical companies to manufacture value added additives.
