Abstract: In order to overcome the problems of poor convergence of traditional methods and high error rate and time of low-carbon distribution route selection of supply chain logistics, a low-carbon distribution route selection method of supply chain logistics based on internet of things is proposed. To build the supply chain logistics information collection framework by using the internet of things technology; firstly, calculate the distribution vehicle cost, vehicle energy consumption cost, cargo damage cost, internet of things maintenance and label cost, penalty cost and carbon cost according to the logistics information collection results, so as to build the supply chain logistics low-carbon distribution route selection model; then, optimise the model by using the chaotic cat swarm algorithm; finally, output the results of low-carbon distribution route selection. Experimental results show that the algorithm has good convergence, the average error rate of route selection is 6.01%, and the route selection time is always kept below 60 ms.
