Abstract: Taking an interest in supporting entrepreneurs is very important. In this research work, we addressed the question of the influence of the existence of the psychological contract on the success of the entrepreneur-coach relationship. The results show that the success of the entrepreneur-coach relationship is conditioned by the existence of the psychological contract.
