Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the existing weak signal automatic capture model fails to effectively separate the blind source signal, which leads to its poor signal capture performance, the paper designs a weak signal automatic capture model of mechanical equipment for intelligent manufacturing. On the basis of obtaining the instantaneous frequency of the equipment, the stochastic resonance theory is used to process the signal's singular value decomposition and noise reduction. By separating and detecting blind source signals, automatic capture of weak signals of mechanical equipment for intelligent manufacturing can be realised. The experimental results show that the accuracy of the designed models are all higher than 80%, the automatic capture time is less than three minutes, and the automatic capture cost is always less than 360 yuan, which shows that the model has certain practical application value.
