Abstract: At present, the research results of the impact of mobile fragmentation learning efficiency have the problem of low evaluation efficiency. Based on the analysis of the structure of the mobile terminal learning system, the evaluation index system of the impact of mobile terminal on the fragmentation learning efficiency is constructed. By collecting questionnaires and sorting out relevant data, the distribution of evaluation indexes was obtained and the final evaluation index system was determined. DEA was used to evaluate the impact of mobile terminals on fragmentation learning efficiency. Experimental results show that this method has the lowest chi-square degree of freedom/DF than CMIN, the fitting index is relatively stable, the fitting degree is relatively high, the approximate root mean square error value is relatively small, the maximum value is only 0.009, the performance is significantly improved, showing a good feasibility.
