Abstract: Four items are hightlighted in this forum: 1) Crossover aims to bring together worldwide communities of policy-making experts towards working out a next-generation policy-making programme and to create directories of experts and solutions, multimedia content, case studies, a knowledge base and eventually an ontology for policy modelling. 2) A new online service from European Commission: semantic interoperability for public administrations. 3) Global Forum 2012: conference proceedings released online from the annual conference dedicated to business and policy issues affecting the evolution of the Information Society. 4) Latest issue of European Journal of ePractice, No18: New Business Models for Public Services.
