The regulation and management of CEE in the astronautic system of China

Abstract: The paper gives a general introduction to the Provisional Regulation on CEE for Professionals in the Astronautic System of China (ASOC), and describes its achievements so far. Some of the problems encountered in its implementation are analysed. A new attempt is being made by some ASOC staff to improve the management of CEE. The aims are to examine: how to make individuals involved in CEE more motivated; how to record and assess the different forms of CEE; how to integrate assessment, engagement and promotion within CEE.
