Title: A regression analysis on job stress management from Agriculture Engineering Organization experts' perception

Abstract: A common reaction to job stress reduces the motivation and effectiveness of many human service providers. Effective management of the motivation and skill of the human services is important because it is through contact with the helper that a client changes and grows. The objective of this study is to identify effective factors on job stress. The research population included all Agricultural Engineering and Natural Resources Organization members (n = 445) in 2013. Namely, the results showed that a positive meaningful relationship exists between the workload, dual role, role limit and physical environment, role incompetency, responsibility and job stress. While there is a negative meaningful relationship between the experts' work history and job stress. The results also indicated that the factors which effect on job stress are responsibility, physical environment and role workload. Based on the results, some recommendations are presented.
