Abstract: After being considered as an appropriate tool for system of systems (SoS) organisation into several levels, hyper-graph is becoming more indicated for any modelling aspect. In this paper, we propose to use a unique hyper-graph methodology to represent basically organisational, functional as well as behavioural SoS modelling. In the first part, we develop a method based on a bond-graph model for generating a behavioural hyper-graph. In the second part, a functional hyper-graph model depends on the delivered services by the system components has been proposed. This latter consists of two kinds of hyper-edges: full-line hyper-edge which is called AND hyper-edge and dotted-line hyper-edge (or hyper-edge). Therefore, for showing the impact of our approach, the different SoS modelling aspects have been illustrated through a pedagogical example taken from an industrial application.
