Abstract: The aim of this study is to identify effective factors on radio frequency identification (RFID) adoption in supply chain management (SCM) of manufacturing industries in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with technology-organisation-environment (TOE) framework. The methodology of this study is based on practical and descriptive survey by a structural equation modelling. Statistical population of the study is SME managers in Iran. The number of 213 managers was selected as potential sample. The results show that TOE framework has considerable effects on RFID acceptance. The inclusive results and presumptions in this study are effective for recognising extensively determinant factors on RFID acceptance in SMEs.
