Abstract: A composite web service is composed of independent component services that interact with one another exclusively through message exchange. Since internet environment is complicated and unpredicted, it is difficult to guarantee that each individual service interacts as expected. Thus, this paper addresses the problem of checking and quantifying how much the actual interaction of a service, as shown in the captured sequence, conforms to the expected interaction as specified in a process model. The expected interaction is usually defined by business process execution language (BPEL), which is translated into a colour Petri net model proposed in this paper to implement conformance checking. Fitness and appropriateness are given new meaning to server conformance checking. The conformance checking approach with temporal logic is implemented in this paper. According to experiment, results the approach is valid.
