Abstract: The systematic analysis of the interface between energy resources and consumers realised through energy conversion and transfer technologies is a complex procedure. This paper is an attempt to formulate a scientific approach to the solution of up-to-date energy problems on the basis of efficiency multicriteria evaluation.
