Abstract: This paper discusses the principles of ethical decision-making at enterprises, as a tool for corporate social responsibility. In particular, it focuses on the particularities inherent to ethical guidelines in an organisation. A case study from an environment company provides the basis for an analysis, in the context of which the role played by ethical issues, as well as some steps to ensure they are implemented, are considered.
