Abstract: Business English, as ESP (English for Special Purpose), is closely related to the internet. So the study of web-based business English should be of great importance. However, the present situation of web-based business English learning still has some problems. This study, based on McLoughlin's ten dimensions of successful design of networked learning environments, makes a survey in two different schools, aiming at finding out the general problems in web-based business English learning, and trying to offer some suggestions for business English teaching and learning.
