Abstract: A supply chain encompasses all activities associated with the flow and transformation of goods, along with information from the raw material stage to the end user stage. Supply Chain Management (SCM) focuses on supplier selection for improvement of customer service, profitability and business performance. Supplier selection is a Multi-criteria Decision Making (MCDM) problem. Several approaches are proposed in the literature for supplier selection and needs attention. In this paper the combined Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Grey Relational Analysis (GRA) approach is used for the supplier selection process. A case study is presented to exemplify the methodology.
