Abstract: This study tests for a relationship between strategic diffusion and job satisfaction in Turkey. Although previous research suggests a possible association between strategic diffusion and job satisfaction, the present study found no link among Turkish physicians. The structural equation model linking the two constructs was not supported. The strategic diffusion involvement factor was positively associated with the job satisfaction internal factor, however. Implications for managers and future research are discussed.
