Abstract: This paper focuses on the measurement and analysis of cutting forces of Electrochemical Grinding (ECG) through the design and development of a cutting force measuring dynamometer. The characteristic features of the ECG process as reflected through full factorial design and Taguchi design-based experimental studies with various process parametric combinations.
