Abstract: In this article, results of the latest research done by the International Center for Energy and Environmental Policy for Central and Eastern Europe countries in the scope of energy and environment use, are presented. In particular, negative and positive changes in the shaping of efficient cooperation between developed countries and Central and Eastern European countries are analysed.
